The inspiration for 'Chronicles of a Sunrise'...pretty spectacular...yes?

The image says it all. This is a sunrise photo taken from the front porch of our new home in January of 2010. If you look to the bottom left of the image, you can see downtown Seattle sleeping quietly in the shadow of the Cascades. All that stands between us and Seattle are the cold waters of the Puget Sound...glowing pink and purple with the start of a new day.
